Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of client instructions and client requests
- Accountable for the quality and timeliness of database delivery to clients
- Work with clients to complete day-to-day BAU activities.
- Coordinate process and delivery handoffs with Operations teams to meet established deliverables; escalate issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with and support offshore teams to troubleshoot and ensure that deliverables are met.
